Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Majicia PT. II: With Love, From Rukoi G, we want you to love every purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Fashion & Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Metaphysical tools that have been used (if applicable)

Readings & Metaphysical Services

Due to the personalized nature of intuitive readings and spiritual services, all readings, consultations, memberships, and booked sessions are final sale.

Once a session has been booked or completed, refunds or returns cannot be provided.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please refer to the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If inventory is available, eligible items may be exchanged for another size or the same item.
